It's supposed to be cold and rainy on Sunday, and I'm looking forward to it. The perfect weather to stay inside, and create some shit. Cook up some beats, edit some visuals. I might even make a collage. Dim down my smart bulbs, make em red, light up some incense, eat snacks, lol.
I have NEVER had a Muslim person run up on me, and try to convert me to Islam. EVER. And like I said, I've been around folks that are DEEP into their religion.
I can't count the number of times I've had some Bible-thumping Christian get all up in my face.

I've been around Muslims & Arabs all of my life. I was in a relationship with a Moroccan Muslim woman for 10 years, and I dated a Lebanese/Mexican woman for a year, and I promise you....Muslims have no interest in taking over America, lol.
If you're a Republican, I can rock with you, if you're of the John McCain, Mitt Romney variety. MAGA on the other hand......I'm judging you, bruh. ESPECIALLY if you're a person of color. Like, what is we doing, fam?

These MAGA Repubs remind me of the dude that always tries to dirty mack on your girl when you're not around. They'll give her 1000 reasons not to be with you, but can't tell you what THEY would do for you.
What's interesting is that a lot of the folks that got elected are from marginalized groups. A Muslim man, a gay man, a black woman, a Native American woman, a Latina, a black man, etc. The very folks that ppl on the right are always trying to vilify.
Texas is a BLUE state. I never thought I'd see this within my lifetime. I'm happy. And hopeful. Time will tell if the folks we elected are really about it, but the way things are currently going ISN'T WORKING.
