A branded Reebok shoe costing ₹2,132 should not get damaged so quickly. This appears to be a manufacturing or quality issue, not a normal return request. Please escalate this complaint to the concerned team and Reebok brand/seller and arrange a warranty inspection.

I understand that the seller’s return policy is 10 days, but my complaint is regarding the product quality and durability. The Reebok shoes were purchased on 19 June 2026 and have developed damage within around two months of normal use.

I am extremely disappointed with the product quality. When a customer spends ₹2,132 MRP on a reputed brand like Reebok, the product is expected to be durable and of good quality. It is not reasonable for the shoes to get damaged within such a short period.
