introducing the Apex Method Mentorship (4 spots left) 🔥
I’m stoked to launch this new 3-month cohort to help parkour coaches and gym owners scale, with my team Taylor Carpenter, Rob Schihl, & Autumn Goodridge
we start in 1 week (Oct 3)
10 people from 5 countries already joined. only 4 spots left, and then we’re closing enrollment until next year
comment APEX and I’ll share how to apply and book a call to see if we’re a good fit to work together

since 2006, I've taught parkour skills and strength training to thousands of people, including 25 athletes who went on to win national, continental, and world championships in parkour, chase tag, and ninja
I've also led 350 coaches through the Apex level 1 parkour coaching certification, and many went on to build their own successful parkour programs and gyms
if I were to coach you, what would you want me to help you with?

my 1st PR on Aucoin Speed Run—post PDX Summer Jam & fresh off a shinjury in Lisbon that put me out for 3 weeks
felt good but couldn’t push too hard & risk reopening my scar
shoutout Benati for running with me & nabbing a 16.96 CR. TY Saben for filming & also earning a great time (17.88)
set in 2023 by me & @tlynncarpenter1, this is ASR course 14 of 163
mind blowing fact: while rerunning this course for a new PR, Taylor got stung by a bee inside her nostril 🐝 🤯

quick road trip stop in Boise to set the 1st @apexspeedrun in Idaho & 150th overall ✅
I’m happy with this course design, and my rushed performance, but wonder if I could do it faster with @tlynncarpenter's curved rail run & QM strats.
we’d also love to see someone send the dive vault thread at the end!
