After meeting with neurologists, cardiologists, pneumologists, hematologists, radiologists, and of course oncologists, I'm glad to report I met all criteria to be accepted and I've signed the consent form. I'll be patient #8 on the HERV-E protocol (clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/…) #hope – at Bethesda, MD

2020 was so 💩 between cancer growth, pain, radiotherapy during the pandemic, and the mental strain of lockdown (only places I've been for the past 4 months are home and hospitals), that I don't realise yet that today @julieletierce & I are flying to 🇫🇷 for vacations! 🏝️😎🌅

Impressed by @google support. On last Friday, my #pixel3a shut down by itself (screen first, then phone). Impossible to restart / do a factory reset. On Saturday evening, I recalled it could be still under warranty, and I figured out it had 2 weeks left! So, at 11:30PM, I started

and immediately got an UPS waybill to return my old device. Sunday around noon, I got a shipment notification and this morning, at 9AM, DLH delivered the refurbished (but mint) pixel3a to replace mine. It even has its own tiny branded box and a card with a "Welcome *again*" note.

A bit more than 72h from a filed issue to customer satisfaction. I usually think of @amazon support as the best in their category, but goggle (that I still - wrongly - consider as a software company despite all the of google / @googlenest hardware I own) blew me away on this one.

Hey @AerLingus any chance to get a reply to my emails and PMs ? I've submitted requests for 3 vouchers at the end of March due to COVID cancellations, only got 1 so far. No reply to my messages. Instead of keeping my money, can you issue those refunds and let me flight again?
