Not gonna lie, getting Apache Fortress (@apache_fortress) migrated onto Jakarta was HUGE. Its biggest obstacle in over 10 years as a project. Make or break. I'l be discussing it at upcoming Community / Code (@ApacheCon) in Nova Scotia. Hope you'll be there.
Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) samples are now documented on project website:
- 1 [Enable Role Constraint](directory.apache.org/fortres…)
- 2 [Add User Role Constraint](directory.apache.org/fortres…)
- 3 [Create Session w/ Role Constraint](directory.apache.org/fortres…)
Most important release to date. Jakarta migrated. Apache Fortress Web and Rest run on Apache Tomcat 10. Use latest Jakarta releases of Apache Wicket, Apache CXF and Spring.
