I have not been very faithful with my tithes and partly is because of the fact that at some point I went into that 3.2 trillion debt ($720,000)
Don’t be mistaken, I give a lot, to the poor and needy, family and friends.
I’m the most generous human being you will ever come across.
I give huge offerings and even sow a lot of seed but I never really really sat down to say this is my income and this is 10% of it.
My income is hard to measure and spending even more complex, it is floating as most of it is in crypto, it comes from many streams. Fees, gifts, loans etc.
I have argued this with God but He says this is no excuse as the reason behind tithing is different.
It’s about priority, its about honor and intentionality for God
Since I primarily spend my earnings using Peniremit and I so happen to be the developer, I have decided to implement a tithe deduction feature called tithe account. (Official we will find a name like Spend and save)
Believers will be able to set the percentage amount from 10% to 100%, also destination account, and time and frequency to be paid.
It will not be default so you have to turn it on yourself in settings.
