a handover detail I would include for a business website:
who owns the domain, hosting and recovery email?
check that the owner can actually sign in before calling the project finished. a working site is harder to maintain when access lives with one person.
small website detail I care about: keeping your message when a form fails.
show which field needs fixing, keep the rest, and make retry safe.
asking someone to type everything again is a rough way to start a customer conversation.

Email a short intro, your outreach / appointment-setting experience and the kind of businesses you can reach. We'll agree the exact commission, lead attribution and payout terms before outreach starts.
a useful detail on a service website: tell people what happens after they enquire.
who replies?
how soon?
what should they have ready?
I would make that clear before adding another “book a call” button.
before automating a task, I would ask the person doing it:
what makes you stop and ask someone else?
those exceptions belong in the scope too. a faster happy path still needs a clear handoff when something does not fit.
a useful website handover test:
can the owner change a price, replace an image and publish an update without asking the developer?
I'd include those tasks in the handover, not just a folder of source code.
what do you always show a client before handing over?
a website form showing “submitted successfully” is only half the job.
did the enquiry reach the right person?
does someone own the follow-up?
what happens if the notification fails?
these are the small things I look at when building enquiry flows.

In life, we all get promises that are broken.
In JavaScript, at least you know if they fulfilled, rejected, or settled.
