How long can I expect to wait though? What level of service should I be expecting? I have 3 outstanding requests, the oldest is 10 days old. The next 8 days old. And the most recent one from yesterday. Non have had any response at all.

I just chatted with a friend who refuses to use people's preferred pronouns because "it doesn't sit right" with him and he had to be "true to himself." I'm still annoyed. Why not respect somebody's preference when the effort is so low? It all starts with respect. Same for Agile.
