Exactly a year ago, we launched @stablewatchHQ. Today, we're announcing incubation of Osero with a $13.5M raise.
Our mission is to enable everyone to earn on their stablecoin holdings.
Special thanks to our wonderful team, supporters, and investors. We wouldn't be here without you.
Osero has raised $13.5M, led by @SkyEcosystem and @Plasma.
We're building the savings account for where your stablecoins already are.
Built a defense stocks terminal on Claude Code
Tracks the entire military/defense sector from one screen. Real-time quotes, insider trades, congressional transactions, options flow, earnings, DoD budget analysis.
Something like this would cost you a Bloomberg terminal.
Is Google’s UCP the next "Tech Tornado" for e-commerce? 🌪️
My 4 takeaways from Berlin Ecommerce Expo:
-> Discovery > Automation. Big brands aren't waiting. They’re already using AI chat bars & native LLM search to kill friction and keep users on-site.
-> GEO is the new SEO. LLMs are becoming the next major distribution channels. To be recommended by AI agents, your product data must be "legible" and attribute-rich.
-> The 10% Reality. UCP won't eat e-commerce yet. Adoption is capped at ~10% by 2030 because marketplaces (50% in EU, 97% in Asia) remain siloed.
-> Europe is watching. Builders see the potential, but implementation is 12+ months away. The current focus? Data cleanup and observation.
Main Takeaway: UCP is hot, but it’s a marathon. We need 12–24 months for early adopters to prove the tech before big brands move.
Today is my last day at @cookie3 and @cookiedotfun 🍪
I joined 3 years ago, when there was no product, no token, and no community. Just a cracked team and a big vision.
Those years turned into the biggest accelerator of my B2B sales and marketing skills.
But the real ROI is measured in friendships and the mindset shift.
My path here wasn’t linear:
1. I joined hotel business - COVID shut it down.
2. I launched an e-commerce company - failed after 12 months.
3. I moved to a global marketing agency - and realized it wasn’t for me.
Somewhere along the way, I finally found my place in the startup world. Surrounded by builders, optimists, and traders.
Some people find their tribe in childhood. Some never do.
At 26, I’m grateful I found mine.
I guess the dots really do connect after all.
Huge thanks to the entire Cookie Team for the trust and the ride. Love you all 🫶
If I could recommend just one book for 2026, it’d be The Mom Test. If you work on a product (or with a product team), it’s the most practical and ruthless guide to actually learning from users.
If you travel a lot, read Bieguni.
If you’re into American tech history, read The New New Thing. I bought three more Michael Lewis books right after finishing it.
Happy New Year!
happy $LIT TGE to those that didnt farm
I can now look at my internet friends getting rich 🫶
A few stats from private beta 1st batch:
> 31 projects onboarded
> Failed to find any warmest paths for 7
> Found at least one for 24
> 1st case study is in the making
More reflections on the actual product validation soon.
After onboarding 30 projects into @petra_graph private beta, we’re closing the doors.
Grateful to all the early users for the trust and feedback.
Next batch opens in January 2026.
And ofc big thanks to all that made an effort to test @petra_graph
I love you All 🫶
One article delivered:

"Be as concise as you can when sending a reachout asking for a meeting.
That means 2-3 sentences – not a wall of text.
Remember: anything you're doing on the internet is competing with cat videos."

Started reading this one.
Probably 18 months too late to make exceptional returns but whatever.
I’ll be ready for the next narrative.
Membership closure: the more friends you have inside a group, the more likely you are to join it.
DAOs, Telegram groups, Discord servers - they grow through peer pull, not ads.
One practical use case of a membership closure:
Identify who in your extended network hasn’t joined your community yet.
These people often just need a small push or incentive. Unlike those with a near-zero probability of joining.
