The most dangerous person in the age of AI is someone who was mediocre at coding but has taste, and can now build anything
People who complain about every SaaS being taken would be mindblown to find out that there were other shoemakers before Nike
I'm pretty sure 80% of the girly pop accounts on TikTok are tech bros trying to escape the permanent underclass
Re: LLM optimization
3 factors come into play now with respect to SaaS.
I asked my coding agent (Claude) to track onboarding actions. it presented a way to do it ourselves, and then also @posthog as an alternative. 3 factors came into play:
1) my LLM recommended the product
2) i'd already heard of the product before due to their branding
3) it has a generous free tier for me to try instead of building on my own. if i genuinely enjoy it and it's been integrated enough into my product, i would be willing to pay 1000%
this is what will help products win in the future.

You can obsess over your onboarding, but seeing 10 users going through the flow organically will teach you more than an entire month of building

This is the best type of feedback.
Excited to continue iterating 馃挭馃挭馃挭
re: AI product launches:
companies keep making massive claims like:
"your AI COO", "your AI CMO that makes viral posts", or "Your AI private equity analyst"
they get massive launches with millions of views, and their 'ARR' grows temporarily but what ends up happening is:
> users churn,
> they never build a product for the specific workflows users actually need,
> launches becomes less effective, and
> their product never grows through word of mouth
the companies that actually skyrocket to billion dollar valutions are companies building very niche, specific use cases like:
> Gamma (we help you make slideshows),
> 11eleven labs (we create ai voices),
> Granola (we make ai meeting notes), and
> many more

You're here debating if SaaS is dead while they're out there searching 'what is x.com'
Still waiting for @UseCorgi to start hiring Corgi Chads.
It's 2026 they need to start appealing to female founders and execs
