So when #BLM protestors vandalized a few shop windows in outrage over racial injustice they got tear-gassed & clubbed by cops... but these alt-right proud boys can storm the capitol in an attempted violent coup w/o a scratch.

Dear world (CC @businessinsider, @Hamilbug): stop saying "an AI". AI's an aspirational term, not a thing you build. What Amazon actually built is a "machine learning system", or even more plainly "predictive model". Using "an AI" grabs clicks but misleads businessinsider.com/amazon-b…

Amazon built an AI tool to hire people but had to shut it down because it was discriminating...

Amazon tried building an artificial-intelligence tool to help with recruiting, but it showed a bias against women, Reuters reports. Engineers found the AI was unfavorable toward female candidates...
