💥MATERNITY COMMISSIONER RALLY AT PARLIAMENT Join us in Westminster on Wednesday 11th February to raise awareness and demand that the UK Government urgently appoints a Maternity Commissioner. Louise Thompson and Theo Clarke have created a petition calling on Parliament to take action and appoint a dedicated commissioner to improve maternity care, accountability, and safety for new mothers and families across the country. This event is about coming together to: ➡️Support the petition ➡️Raise public awareness ➡️Encourage Parliament to debate this issue ➡️Stand up for safer maternity care ➡️Make some noise and demand change We want as many people as possible. Friends, families, supporters, campaigners to attend and show that this matters. Why it’s important: Over the last ten years, nearly 750 recommendations have been made through countless maternity enquiries, all supposedly aimed at preventing suffering like ours.
