The short version: @alexdownswim is taking on the English Channel again 😮🏊♀️🥶
This summer. Not solo (yet!), but as part of another @cosmiccharity relay team. She’s still wary of jellyfish, still driven, and still as determined as ever to make a difference.

Yesterday was our busiest day in history.
Thank you to all our crews and call handlers.
Please only use 999 in a life-threatening emergency.
Two hours since the plane landed and counting
@HeathrowAirport any chance we can get the bags from the Tenerife flight BA 417? Lots of people waiting….
Once again @Jets_Swimming is left without a pool, days before the season starts….
5 years ago the original video got covered by @BBCLondonNews and now the Club is asking for for help again to publicise it’s plight and find pool space #swimming

2/ Once we get chance we’ll try to post more details from each meet, but for now a quick round up+a few photos of a brilliant (exhausting!) weekend. All of the hard work of the season from swimmers of all levels definitely paying off. We are always so proud of all of our swimmers
