Curious to know what's the SOP of Vande Bharat staff when they see passengers are late.
22439 Delhi Katra VB at NDLS Station - Train slowed down and some passengers were able to enter the Guard's cabin.

Either the train should completely stop and all doors are opened or they should completely skip this as passengers are late.
But slowing the train down and letting people run to the Guard's cabin is extremely dangerous.
The lady survived, but everyone isn't lucky.
