How it works
Circle CCTP carries your USDC and signed instructions to a contract on Rome. The contract deposits into Kamino and accounts for your position. Rome runs EVM chains inside Solana’s runtime, letting the contract call Solana programs directly in one transaction.

Rome's full stack is open on GitHub: the EVM program that runs inside Solana's runtime, the SDKs, the node stack, the Solidity library, the CLI and the registry. Builders can run their own chain on it.
The EVM program deployed on Solana mainnet has been through three @HalbornSecurity engagements, two in 2025 and a 2026 review of the deployed build. The executive summaries are published in full, and the deployed binary reproduces from the audited tag.

We made our zk stack public. If you need a roll up let it be on Solana and let it be zk. With tx size 4KB, and same slot finality and zk. you will not find better place for your rollup then on Solana.
