I truly appreciate this.
My dad was one of my first solid supporters in my content creation journey. He would post it on his social media everytime I gained a certain amount of subs, when he sees me streaming and even tell me during breakfast if a video blew up.

We'd like to introduce four highlights from the quality-of-life improvements planned for Title Update 3 at the end of September. We hope that these changes add more variety and replayability to your hunts.
1. Lagiacrus will now appear in the Wounded Hollow
Lagiacrus can now appear in this locale, and its behavior has been tuned around the unique characteristics of the location. There is also a rare chance for Lagiacrus to appear with other monsters that are not found in the Scarlet Forest.
2. Quests can now have monster packs as quest targets
Quests featuring monster packs as targets can now appear, with guaranteed rewards for Heavy Armor Spheres. Herding monsters that apply are: Doshaguma; Hirabami; Yian Kut-Ku.
3. Mantle cooldowns
Mantle cooldowns will now reset at the start of a quest.
4. Pop-up camp destruction
Monsters will no longer actively seek out pop-up camps to attack.

Hopefully this fixes my problem.
I updated my cpu drivers
nvidia drivers and everything.
Also turned off high res pack.
Hunters, Hotfix patch Ver.1.020.01.00 is planned to go live on all platforms later today. This hotfix patch addresses the following issues:
- Crashing when opening the Equipment Appearance and Palico Equipment Appearance menus.
- Unstable frame rate when equipping ranged weapons on PC.
Once the update is available, online sessions will be discontinued and you will need to update to the latest version to continue playing online.
