Shameful customer service from @britishairways.
Their website happily allowed me to purchase a last minute flight home for my son stranded in France, only to close the gate and refuse to give a refund.
Surely this is illegal?
I can’t think of another business that would get away with selling a product that they can’t deliver and then keep the money!
That’s called robbery.
