took the exact playbook of the article and added a little more to it
this morning there was a strong reversal off of $7,760 which set the IB low
at 10:20 i saw the IB was ending in the 0-25% area (IB by rejection ending zone), this is bullish
i entered the put credit spread with strike below the IB low expecting a break of the high
how did the article help me?
when the red line (25% gap fill) got touched, i knew there was a very high likelihood of continuation to the orange line (50% gap fill) which lined up perfectly with the IB high which also had a very high likelihood of being hit.
then once those two got hit, and price broke the IB high, i knew the odds of a double break of the IB (a bearish move) were extremely low. so i was comfortable sitting in the put spreads and closed for an 80% gain
