In the society where I working, we have a lot of moms who need shortened hours.
But because the facility can’t #retain staff they refuse & threaten to stop shortened hours posts. They are willing to ‘loose’ experienced & qualified #ICURN instead of keeping them

#nursepatient ratios in SA need to be regulated as the are starting to be done in some states of America
Not only does it place the #patient at risk but I cause untold #harm and #trauma to the #nurses trying their best to provide adequate care
