In one night Russian military targeted: 1) Kharkiv Art Museum 2) Dovzhenko Film Studio in Kyiv, historical costume collection 3) Kyiv Pechersk Lavra, a sacred site, 11th century. Double tap killed 5 firefighters in Kharkiv. The pattern shows a plan: culture was the main target.

Modern art isn’t all bad. The Memorial to the Victims of Communism in Prague is extremely powerful. It captures how communism fragments and ultimately destroys the human person as each figure walking down the steps is more and more broken.
This a very significant development in the pursuit of accountability for the destruction and looting of Ukrainian Cultural heritage. We have been consistently working with Ukrainian prosecutors to ensure the strongest cases against those who attempt to erase Ukrainian culture.

U Washingtonu sam se sastao s predstavnicima Zaklade @Heritage, sudjelovao na raspravi na @HudsonInstitute te održao predavanje studentima na Sveučilištu George Washington @GWtweets. Ovo su bile prigode za razmjenu mišljenja o transatlantskoj suradnji, podršci Ukrajini i važnosti postizanja pravednog mira, stanju u BiH i jugoistoku Europe, jačanju europske obrane i smanjenju ovisnosti od ruskih energenata, uz projekte poput LNG terminala na Krku.
Hrvatska želi kvalitetno surađivati s administracijom predsjednika Trumpa, osnažiti gospodarske veze te zajednički nastaviti pridonositi globalnoj sigurnosti i stabilnosti.
Predstavio sam i put Hrvatske, koja je prije tri i pol desetljeća bila žrtva agresije, a danas je članica najuže europske integracije i odgovorna saveznica NATO-a. U postpandemijskom razdoblju Hrvatska je gospodarski porasla za 30% te dostiže razvoj zemalja koje su ranije postale članice EU-a.
Istovremeno, ulaganjima u Hrvatsku vojsku znatno smo povećali izdvajanja za obranu, koja trenutno iznose 2% BDP, a cilj je doseći 3% do 2030.
U uvjetima brojnih izazova i prijetnji, suradnja EU-a i SAD-a ostaje temelj globalne sigurnosti i stabilnosti.
