If a streamer says something you do not like, offends you, etc. it is on you as the viewer to leave rather than continue to return and demand the creator change or stop their stream topics because it makes you uncomfortable. To stay in a stream/community that you admit makes you uncomfortable is a choice - a choice that you then do not get to go whine about on twitter to bash the character of said streamer. It's so deeply easy to just close out of stream and go about your day. There's so much more I want to say but I think I will leave it at that - be an adult and remove yourself from situations that cause you harm or make you uncomfortable.
