We are energetic beings.
This is the most fundamental concept that needs to be understood in order to advance science and health.
Here are some of my book recommendations:
Membelek helaian memori dalam minda, membaca rentetan indah bersama, mencari di mana silap mula merekah dan memisah, dua jiwa menadah cinta, seperti terbangkit dari lena panjang dan mimpi indah sementara.
Using AI for writing songs is like sleeping in the middle of a movie after eating too much popcorn. The ending seems satisfying, you’re feeling full, but you have no idea why 87% of the audience are crying.
Ask any creator. The joy of creating is in the process of discovering new and wonderful things through every piece of careful thought and spontaneous experiment. A joy that’s stolen by generative AI, perhaps for good reason.
When I was young(er), I played Final Fantasy VIII. It was probably the most important turning point in my life. I was obsessed with Eyes on Me (and Squall). Probably developed an attachment to music (and the strong silent type) because of it.

Looking at the shelves full of books and books and books.
Wow! Your mom sure loves books.
“I barely see her read.”
Glad you’re not my kid. 🤣
Kok ye pun nak pakai AI untuk buat lagu + music production, make sure la sedap didengar di telinga. Ni konon2 belting2 macam bunyi kucing bergaduh depan rumah apesal?
I love that Kopilihku song very much. So cutesy and cheeky. But… don’t they know that both Romeo and Juliet died and that’s a tragedy? 🤣
Transdermal magnesium absorption bypasses stomach irritation, digestive limits, poor gut absorption and bowel tolerance issues. Spray mg chloride back of neck and soles of feet to support mitochondrial repair. Sun and ground.
Missing key information on how light from sunrise and morning sun in your eyes and on your skin has therapeutic properties, as well as help the production of melatonin at night to help you sleep and repair your body. More of it the better.
A recent tweet by a Malaysia minister about his pleasant morning run in Kota Kinabalu added fuel to the debate over whether Peninsular 🇲🇾 and 🇸🇬 are in the wrong time zone, which some claim risks the health of millions there.
My report.

Best skincare tip: avoid blue light at night (phone, tv, computer, overhead lighting etc). If you need to use the phone, turn on red filter. Switch off wifi, turn on airplane mode. Sleep in total darkness.
Night is the only time your face can repair.
Your phone deletes that window in seconds.
The real problem isn’t sleep disruption, it’s geometry: your phone blasts your face with the closest, harshest blue signal you’ll ever experience with zero infrared to protect you.
A light source 20 cm from your collagen, your water layers, your mitochondria and nothing else even comes close.
And it hits you at the worst possible time: the exact moment your biology switches into repair mode.
Because blue light at night doesn’t just stimulate you, it shuts off melatonin, the molecule that rebuilds your face:
• collagen
• membranes
• inflammation
• structured water
• charge
So your phone ages your face in two directions at once: more damage AND no repair.
This is why the face on humans always collapses first. Not because of age but because you keep giving your biology daytime physics at night.
Red mode helps, distance helps, dimming helps, but nothing replaces darkness.
If you want your face to stay young, start with the thing you’re holding 20 cm from it every night.
PMID: 39489536 :
“Current research suggests that blue light penetrates the skin more deeply than UV radiation, potentially leading to oxidative stress, inflammation, and subsequent collagen degradation — hallmark processes of skin aging.”

I did not call the girls filth. I am criticising the industry and the content that is pushed for profit without considering its impact on young audiences. There is a huge difference between holding an industry accountable and attacking the women in it.
And no, this is not about policing anyone’s clothing. It is about acknowledging that media influences children whether we like it or not.
Dolla may not impose themselves on anyone, but their content is widely circulated and easily accessed. Protecting kids from hypersexualised imagery is not fundamentalism, it is common sense.
Mama’s milk contain lightcode your baby needs to function according to our circadian rhythm. That’s why even if you pump, make sure to feed daytime milk during the day. And better to feed directly at night. I doubt milk from cows or formula carry the right code for your baby.
Do NOT breastfeed, or you will transfer toxins to your baby; give raw milk from a healthy cow instead.
Unless you have been raised on raw animal foods yourself, not vaccinated, you will unfortunately discharge many toxins into your milk.
A mix of both is a good compromise.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
While environmental toxins like PFAS ('forever chemicals') can be in breast milk, experts recommend breastfeeding because benefits outweigh risks. Raw cow's milk poses serious bacterial risks to infants, even from healthy cows.
