Based on a quick test, it looks like you do NOT have to resend #GoogleAnalytics4 hits that were collected on the same page when consent was denied, if consent is granted later on the page. The consent-denied hits are automatically reprocessed as if consent was granted.

Google has provided an updated page detailing how the traffic source dimensions in GA4 work.
This further illustrates how these dimensions won't show you the impact of true direct traffic or sessions with multiple traffic sources within them.

GA4 bug: if your URLs exceed 500 characters, instead of it being truncated, that URL will be completely unavailable in the GA4 UI and your BigQuery export.
