This is where I've been spending a lot of my time lately. I'm campaigning for Jennifer Chen, one of the candidates running against the right-wing movement described here. If you're local, join the effort to protect and advocate for DEIB in our community.

It’s Olivia Munn with @hellojillybing! So excited for Jilly Bing, an Asian American doll made for Asian American kids 😍
“But look at us now!!” So inspiring ❤️

The only thing that shocks me about this tweet is the number of characters it’s allowed to have.
10yr old: I want to go sassy shopping with you on Saturday
Me: what’s that?
10yr old: it’s where we wear sunglasses, carry a tiny purse, and sip hot chocolate from Starbucks while we walk around the mall. I’ll talk about kids at school and you can talk about people at work, in a *sassy* tone. We’ll say “omg that is soooo craaazy” a lot. And you’ll need to bring your credit card so you can buy me things that I want. I’ve got it all figured out mom — it’s going to be very fun!
Me: I’m scared. 🤣🤣🤣

Consider: sophisticated pundits laughed at how Trump fooled his naive supporters. They called him “a poor person’s idea of a rich businessman”. Well, Elon was a non-techie’s idea of a science genius. Transcribe his interviews - they’re word salad. You got fooled too. 63/

It's striking that @jack hasn't tweeted anything about what's going on, even if to offer platitudes to former colleagues.
The Twitter layoffs are like a mass public execution in the town square. I've seen a couple of ex-Tweeps (ICs earlier in their career) get called out and ridiculed on posts that have gone viral. Respect and kindness have left the building.

I highly recommend #38atTheGarden. As an Asian American, everything in this documentary resonates so much - the hope, the pride, the anger, the fear... all of these feelings hit me at once. Here's the trailer: youtube.com/watch?v=JSU2j8FJ…

Keeping up with local elections... I've never spent so much time on so many FB groups and non-profit websites... Startup idea? 🤔

This morning, my wife left Orlando, Florida aboard @SouthwestAir flight 1630 (MCO to PHX).
She sat behind this man. She had been attending the Grace Hopper Conference all week and was resting her head on her tray table, trying to sleep a bit.
Let me tell you what happened.

We are playing “Team Meeting” with the family. I’m the CEO, 6yo daughter is the CRO, 2yo son is the CFO, and husband is the CTO.
• Husband to 6yo: Hey, if you’re the CPO, you can be the Chief Pirate Officer.
• 6yo: No. That’s the job of the C-Arrr-O.
