Thanks to £9,000 of @WelshGovernment Capital Funding, @TriathlonCymru will now have enough equipment to store in both north and south Wales. 🚴♀️
This eco-friendly move lowers the carbon footprint while boosting support for triathletes nationwide. 🌍
Also this shows the importance of sports being accessible in schools , giving children a chance to experience a sport they would never have thought about trying

I had to lie on the floor to do my English A level. I was eventually diagnosed with endometriosis - a condition where my internal organs bleed every month.
The only ‘proof’ is them cutting you open and I had to wait 20 years for the NHS to do this.
