@onepeloton I’ve never been more disappointed in a company than I am right now. I waited months for the tread to be ready then months through the recall. We ordered day one of availability and told it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. We got an email it would be delivered tomorrow

been a loyal peloton customer since 2016, I could have done what everyone said to do and gotten a Nordic Trac and been doing their workouts months ago but because I love the peloton instructors I waited and now I’m getting treated like absolute crap. You need to make this right.
