This Mom has EVERY right to be outraged... “You f’d up, CBS… this is my kid you used in your story without my permission. He does NOT have measles. This was his reaction to the MMR shot. Take it down. Now. Issue a retraction. It's much easier than having to litigate a defamation case. I'II wait.” I still can’t believe CBSDFW ran this story when they knew it was a lie. A local news station used a photo of a toddler’s rash, labeled it measles, and put it in a story without the parent’s permission. Mom, Dawn Neufeld, said it wasn’t measles — it was the child’s reaction to the MMR shot — and had to publicly demand they take it down and issue a retraction. That’s not reporting. That’s using a kid’s vaccine injured face to scare people.

Chris Henry Jr. was two years old when his father passed away. He wears his dad's old number at Ohio State now. 15. And the man who raised him did it to keep him from turning out like himself. Here is the whole thing. His father was Chris Henry. Five seasons as a receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals. He was 26. The son was two. He does not remember him. So he studies him. He watches his father's film, and the West Virginia games are his favorite. Here is what he says about that. "When I watch him it's like we run the same, catch the same. It's crazy." Now here is the number. 15 was his father's. In junior high he and his younger brother could not both have it, so they split it. Chris wore 1. His brother wore 5. "We couldn't choose whoever wanted 15 so we just made it work." Now here is the part almost nobody knows. Adam Jones played at West Virginia with his father and then in Cincinnati with him. Everybody calls him Pacman. He spent years as the most troubled man in the league and he is the first to say so. After the funeral he called the boys' mother in Charlotte and told her to pack up. "Y'all need to uproot and move up here with us. We'll help you out." So they did. Years later Jones and his wife Tishana became the boys' legal guardians. He has said plainly why. He was not about to let these boys make the same mistakes he made. He drove them to school. He trained them in the offseason. The kid calls him Uncle Pac. Here is his high school coach, who also played at West Virginia with his father. "Sometimes I see Chris in my peripheral and I have to take a double take because it looks exactly like his father." So here is where he is. He is a true freshman at Ohio State. In his first college game, his first catch went for a touchdown. It went 15 yards. He got a Bengals tattoo for his dad in February. Two weeks ago he made his first career start. Today he plays at Indiana, number four against number five, in the biggest game of the day. Now the honest part. He is a freshman with a handful of catches and the whole thing in front of him, and he said it better than I can. "It's cool getting all this praise at a young age, but I'm not where I want to be at yet." But a two year old lost his father, and a man with nothing to prove to anybody drove to North Carolina and brought the family home. Now the kid wears 15 and catches touchdowns in it.

To every American, and to everyone watching France burn from abroad: Do not blame the French people for this. We never asked for it. We never voted for it. And the one time we were clearly asked, we said no. Here are the numbers your media won't show you. 70% of the French say there are too many immigrants in France today. 79% want a tougher immigration policy. 77% disapprove of the government's record on immigration. 83% want foreign criminals and long-term unemployed foreigners sent home. And no, it's not just the old. 69% of French 18 to 24 year olds support suspending legal immigration for three years. This is not a fringe. This is the French people. In 2005, we were asked if we wanted the European Constitution. 55% voted no. Three years later, our politicians passed the same text under another name, through parliament, without ever asking us again. That is modern France in one sentence. The people say no. The elites do it anyway. So who is responsible? The politicians who lied to us. A class of leaders formed in the same schools, the same forums, the same networks, loyal to each other before they are loyal to their nations. In 2017, at Harvard, Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum, bragged about his Young Global Leaders program in four words: "We penetrate the cabinets." He added that it was true in France. Emmanuel Macron was one of his Young Global Leaders. It's the same project in Brussels with Ursula von der Leyen and in Paris with Macron. Borders treated as an obstacle. Nations treated as relics. The people treated as a problem to be managed. What you are watching in France is not the French people failing. It is the end of the globalist project, an abject, quasi-communist dream of a world run by unelected planners. It is collapsing everywhere in Europe at once, and the West has to cut this cancer out before it takes the rest of the body with it. The peoples of Europe don't want this. They never did. So when you see our town halls burning, don't say "the French chose this." The French never chose this. They were forced into it. If you're French and you agree, repost this so the world hears it from us. If you're American, look at us carefully. Then choose differently on November 3rd.

In 1982, Titanic survivor Ruth Becker was giving a speech. She explained how she watched the massive ship snap completely in half before it sank. Mid-sentence, an "expert" literally snatched the microphone out of her hand. He publicly humiliated her, telling the crowd she was "confused" and that the ship sank in one piece. For 70 years, that was the official history. Exactly 3 years later, they found the wreck on the ocean floor. It was broken clean in two. Ruth was right all along.

The jury sat through just over an hour of Special Agent Heidi Kelsch on direct. She will be back Monday. They are not going to forget what they heard. An FBI agent walked them through the foundation of this case in plain language. Local police officers exercise governmental authority. Using that authority to engage in criminal sex acts — including statutory rape — can deprive a person of their constitutional rights. The investigation into Matthew Farwell began as a look at whether officers used their badges to do exactly that to Sandra Birchmore. And that probe transformed into something else: the killing of a potential federal witness. Sandra Birchmore. Jurors listened. Some took notes. This was not background color. This was the federal government putting on the record, in open court, that a state investigation which closed as a suicide became a federal case about the possible silencing of a witness who could have exposed years of alleged sexual exploitation that began when she was 15. The messages were there. The relationship that started when she was a minor was there. The last person known to have been with her was there. The scene federal prosecutors say was staged was there. Yet the state case closed. I don’t see how the defense recovers from the first week. Michael Morrissey, Officers Tully and Fanning: is this the legacy you expected? A federal agent walking a jury through the distinction your investigation apparently never fully confronted — between a suicide and the death of someone who could have testified against officers who used their authority against her. The jury has begun to hear the federal version of how that happened and what it may have concealed. They will carry those details into the rest of this trial. The defense can cross-examine. They can argue. They can try to reframe. But they cannot unring the hour the jury just spent with Special Agent Kelsch explaining the scope of what the FBI was actually investigating. That hour is already part of the record. And it is not going away. And the prosecution is just getting started.
