Met a guy at a hotel bar who said he "gambles for a living"… Thought he meant poker or sports betting Turns out he trades 90 minutes per day and makes $400k+/year "It's the same math as poker. I just found a table where the edge is way bigger." He broke it down for me over 2 hours. Changed how I think about money forever. Here's what he explained: "In poker, a professional has maybe a 5-10% edge over amateurs. Over thousands of hands, that edge compounds into millions. But you need thousands of hands. And you're playing against other humans who are also trying to win." "In trading, the edge can be 30-40% if you only take specific setups. And you're not playing against humans. You're playing against emotional retail traders who panic sell and FOMO buy. They lose the same way, every single day, forever." His exact strategy: He only trades the first 90 minutes of market open. 9:30-11:00 AM. "That's when the cards are dealt. After 11, it's just noise." He waits for price to "sweep" a significant level — yesterday's high, yesterday's low, or a weekly swing point. "That's the casino taking everyone's chips. Stop losses get hit. Retail traders panic. Institutions are buying what retail is selling." Then he enters in the opposite direction, targeting the next significant level. "The house edge is knowing that price reverses after sweeps 70%+ of the time. Retail traders don't know this because they're too busy watching indicators that lag by 5 candles." His numbers: - Average 3-4 trades per week - Win rate: 52% - Average winner: 3.5R - Average loser: 1R - Monthly return: 4-6% on capital - Yearly income: $400-450K "I work 90 minutes a day, 5 days a week. 7.5 hours total. Some Wall Street guys work 70 hours for less. They just don't know the game I know." He's been doing this for 9 years. Started with $15K. Never had a losing year. "Trading isn't gambling if you have an edge. It's gambling if you don't. Most traders don't have an edge because they're using tools designed to make them lose slowly." I asked him why he doesn't teach it. "I don't need the money. And honestly? 95% of people can't sit still long enough. They'll learn this, take one good trade, then overtrade and blow up. The edge only works if you're patient. Patience can't be taught." He paid for my drinks and left. I've thought about that conversation every day since. (Free discord in bio, i’ll show you how to make your first 10k/month)

the NSA put its own hacking tool on GitHub and most people still haven't opened it 5 security repos that show you how exposed you actually are. all free, all open source. want to see every account tied to your username across the internet? -> Sherlock github.com/sherlock-project/… want to take any program apart and read what it really does? -> Ghidra, the reverse engineering framework built by the NSA github.com/NationalSecurityA… want to watch everything your phone apps send home? -> mitmproxy github.com/mitmproxy/mitmpro… want to know if your API keys and passwords are already sitting in your git history? -> TruffleHog github.com/trufflesecurity/t… want to test your own WiFi and Bluetooth with a $10 chip? -> ESP32 Marauder github.com/justcallmekoko/ES… ~260k stars of tools that professionals get paid to run. none of this is hidden. it's the same kit pentesters use on the job. the catch: it's only legal on things you own or have written permission to test. the best way to learn how you get hacked is to run the attack on yourself first. bookmark this. pick one. point it at your own stuff tonight.

Anthropic's engineer, Andrej Karpathy (ex-Tesla) just shared ASD-STE100 prompting system almost nobody uses this is f*cking insane... i applied it to my Opus 5.5 & Fable 5.5 motion prompt and it turned Claude into a premier motion studio. send it to Claude, and thank me later. Then read the full roadmap with examples below.

🔗github.com/HunxByts/GhostTra… #开源工具

THIS IS F**KING INSANE Someone just built a free Claude skills library that gives you thousands of tools, agents, and personas all in one place. the GitHub repo already has 47,000+ stars. it gives you: → 290+ Python tools with zero pip installs → skills for executing most tasks → agents for handling different workflows → personas like senior architect, CTO, and security auditor → one command to convert the library to 11 different platforms and it's totally free. licensed. with the right setup, Claude can take on a lot of the work you’d normally need different tools or people for. I actually broke down how to build a workflow around this idea in my article below. bookmark this, you will need it

Polyethylene contains approximately 46 megajoules of chemical energy per kilogram (about ten times the energy content of TNT by mass) stored stably in its carbon-hydrogen bonds rather than as explosive potential. The Oak Ridge molten-salt process announced this week is essentially an engineered way to release that energy as liquid fuel rather than letting it sit in a landfill.

This 2008 paper answers: why anything is beautiful why science exists why jokes land why you get bored why art moves you why babies explore why music has hooks It boils down to a single, cold mathematical principle. Jürgen Schmidhuber is one of the founding fathers of modern AI. But this paper wasn't about building a better machine. It was about proving that human curiosity is just an algorithm. It’s called "Compression Progress." Your brain is a prediction engine. Its only goal is to take the overwhelming chaos of the world and compress it into simple, predictable patterns. If something is completely predictable, like a ticking clock or a blank wall, your brain compresses it instantly. Zero effort. You experience this as boredom. If something is completely random, like TV static or white noise, your brain can’t compress it at all. You experience this as frustration. But what happens when you look at something complex, and suddenly discover a hidden rule that makes it make sense? The exact second you get the punchline of a joke. The moment a chaotic melody resolves into a perfect hook. A baby realizing that dropping a cup always makes a sound. In that split second, your brain successfully compresses the data. And to reinforce this behavior, your brain floods your system with an intrinsic reward. A hit of dopamine. We gave that chemical hit a lot of romantic names. We call it "beauty." We call it "wonder." We call it "art." Scientists like Einstein aren't doing magic. They are just hunting for equations that compress the maximum amount of universe into the smallest amount of text. Composers like Beethoven weren't channeling the divine. They were engineering optimal compression puzzles for the human auditory cortex. We like to believe our sense of wonder makes us fundamentally different from machines. But this paper proved that wonder is just a mathematical reward function for efficient data sorting.
