We are drowning in data, and AI agents can kinda crunch them quite well. But it's the story and the narrative is what will influence action and change. That is something that humans are quite good at! I recently attended an amazing workshop by @adolfux , who went over his approach on how to build that narrative quickly. He used examples from his world of data journalism - but something that can very well be used in any business setup. • Focus on rough sketches first • Importance of negative spaces • How to setup the narrative • Small fixes that elevates the final message Kinda amazing that in 4 hours, @surbhaai , Divya and I also did a hands-on project and he was able to do provide personalised feedback. Learning from a master is always such an elevating experience. Attached screenshot was our project - a rough sketch narrative on Davanagere Benne Dosa and Adolfo giving feedback on how to improve it! Thanks @amitkaps and the rest of the @VizChitra team for organizing this workshop.

AI AGENTS WORKSHOP - BANGALORE I believe in the power of small teams. Well, not because of fewer meetings - though that does help quite a lot :) . It is because small teams are forced to understand the entire system. One cannot hide behind process. They have to know the user, the product, the data, the edge cases, the failure modes, and the trade-offs. That belief has shaped a lot of how I think about building products. And it has influenced how I think about AI too.
