Bought a @Duroflex_world bed for ₹20K. After 2 yrs, the side cracked! I offered to pay for repair — they said no because the 1-year warranty is over. Not even a paid service option. Is this how a premium mattress brand treats customers?
Final update. Thanks @Duroflex_world for keeping your word this time. They have replaced the panel and hopefully this time we will not have an issue .
Latest ..the replacement part arrived yesterday. Waiting for the brand @Duroflex_world to send their person to fix it.

I chose the brand as it was reputed for its durability. The bed is being used by my teen and not even 50kgs in weight....wonder what happens if there were heavier people or more than one using this double bed. Makes me totally doubt the product quality of @Duroflex_world
