Hi all! I'm incredibly excited to share what I've been working on for the last year: building a platform that solves employee leave.

When we started Cocoon, we knew we wanted to create a place where personal priorities come first. Really proud to start offering compassionate leave and hope other companies start doing so too!
This week at @meet_cocoon we announced 4 weeks of leave for all employees to take paid, protected time away for pivotal life events that fall outside of traditional types of leave. Now we're open sourcing our Compassionate Leave Policy. Here's why: 1/ meetcocoon.com/blog/introduc…
