Damn. I gave Grok Bot one rule: fix your own prompts or get deleted I stopped writing prompts Last night it ran 108 tasks, graded every answer and fixed whatever failed 61% pass rate at midnight. 97% by morning. It's still installed. My edits: 0 That's 13x fewer bad answers The loop: 1. 15 workers do the work: research, emails, leads, support 2. The Grader scores every answer against a rubric 3. Anything that scores under 0.9 goes to the Coach 4. The Coach reads the bad answer, rewrites that worker's prompt and runs it again Grok Bot → Workers → Grader → Coach → Workers → Grader Watch the 6 red flashes. That's the Grader saying no. Each one comes back green on the rerun Not every rewrite worked. One support prompt got worse and the loop rolled it back on its own 23 prompts got rewritten overnight. Some of the diffs: researcher: "find info on the topic" became "cite 2 sources per claim, no source = say so" lead finder: "find 50 leads" became "teams of 10-200 only, verify the email first" support: "answer every ticket" became "quote the policy line, refunds over $50 ask a human" Honestly they're better than the prompts I wrote. Slightly offended The prompt. Paste it into Grok Bot tonight, check the pass rate tomorrow: "Run my tasks with a team of workers After every answer, score it 0 to 1 on this rubric: correct, sourced, short, does what was asked If an answer scores under 0.9, send it to a Coach The Coach reads the failed answer, finds why it failed and rewrites that worker's prompt in one or two lines Rerun the task with the new prompt and score it again Never change the rubric yourself Keep every prompt version and its pass rate, roll back if a new one does worse In the morning, send me the pass rate and the 3 biggest prompt changes" Everyone keeps polishing prompts by hand, almost nobody builds the loop that polishes them Bookmark this before you rewrite another prompt yourself Send this to the guy on your team still tweaking prompts at 2am

This is f*cking creepy. Ex-Google privacy engineer: "Your phone logs every app that turns on the mic, even at 3 AM. Almost nobody opens it. Skip the $1,000 privacy audit, Grok Bot reads it in seconds" This is Grok Bot reading my old Android's log from last night Grok Bot → Reader → Checker → Tapper → Mic off 3:12 AM, Cleaner Max had my mic for 4 minutes Weather Live pinged my location 29x at 4:40 AM Watch second 10, the checker drops Voice Recorder, I was still awake when it ran 14 apps, 61 mic sessions while I slept The tapper revokes all 14, the green mic dot dies at second 12 I keep seeing people argue about phones listening, the log sat in Settings all along Check yours: search "privacy dashboard" in Settings, tap Microphone (iPhone: App Privacy Report) Reply with how many you find Send this to whoever swears their phone is listening The Grok Bot crew setup is in the article below ↓

Okay this is f*cking wild. Ex-Google Android engineer: "Your old phone is the best agent hardware you own. Grok Bot sees the screen, taps, types and runs your apps while it charges" This is a phone from my drawer running overnight Grok Bot → Screen reader → Tapper → Typer → Checker → Done The screen reader turns screenshots into buttons and fields The tapper and typer work it like a person, just faster Watch second 11, the checker catches a wrong date before it gets sent 42 tasks done while it charged from 19% to 100% Everyone gives Grok Bot a chat window, almost nobody gives it a whole phone Worth more than most $1,000 automation courses Bookmark and watch it today Send this to the friend with an old phone in a drawer Then read how to build your first Grok Bot desk in the article below ↓

Grok Bot tip: never give one coin your whole $100 split it into 5 wallets of $20. last night the $100 turned into $839.59 by 7:25am 3 of the 5 coins did 9x to 20x. the other 2 barely moved. at 9pm i couldn't have told you which was which. ELIZABETH didn't get its first buy until 1:00am i've never once picked the winner in advance. splitting means i don't have to how the 5 wallets ended: → Moustache Baby $20 to $407, 20x → DESSA $20 to $197, 10x → ELIZABETH $20 to $181, 9x → GLITCH $20 to $31 → FONE $20 to $24 the best trade: Moustache Baby bought at $176K at 10:30pm, sold at $753K at 12:05am. +327% in 95 minutes the wallets never share money. if GLITCH had gone to zero it could only lose its own $20, never the other $80 6 Grok Bot agents run all 5 wallets at once. one finds coins, one runs 6 checks before every buy, one sells any trade that drops 4%, the other 3 watch volume, log every trade and track the bank honestly the 2 big coins were the boring part. 12 trades between them for $14. by hand i'd have cut them at midnight 29 trades. 19 green. 10 red, all 10 together cost $29.54. worst one -4.9%, the stop is 4% but a 5 minute candle can jump past it set it up in Grok Bot: 1. split the bank 5 ways, $20 per coin, one wallet each 2. each wallet trades only its own money 3. sell any trade that drops 4% 4. no buys on a chart that's already going straight up 5. paper trade it for a week before real money the 6 checks and the full setup are in the article below ↓ would you have cut the 2 big coins at midnight, or let them ride? bookmark this before you put $100 on one coin again

Grok Bot tip: make your bots argue before every trade last night: 9 debates, 6 approved, 3 killed. $46.20 to $788.77, 17.1x real trading firms pay people to fight about every position. i gave that job to Grok @bot how it works: > 4 analysts score the coin: flow, news, crowd, chart > a BULL bot and a BEAR bot argue the trade > a trader bot turns the debate into one order > a risk team of 3 votes yes or no > a PM bot approves it or kills it the best one: the bear asked "a coin called The McRib Indicator?" and got outvoted 3 to 0. +291% in under 2 hours the kills: → 9:15pm Mooncoin, pool too thin. down 63% by morning → 10:55pm VECTOR, pool too thin. it ran +75% without us → 1:35am McRib again after a 4.7x, killed as mid-rocket. it dropped 4.1% in 30 minutes honestly the VECTOR one stings. the bear was right about the pool and still wrong about the coin 6 trades. 5 green. 1 red. worst one -4.0% set it up in Grok Bot: 1. tell it: "before any trade, score the coin on flow, news, crowd and chart" 2. "then argue it as a bull and as a bear, one line each" 3. "3 risk votes, aggressive, neutral and safe. 2 yes or no trade" 4. "one position at a time" 5. paper trade it for a week before real money the full desk setup is in the article below ↓ would you let a bear bot veto a +75% coin? bookmark this for the next coin you're sure about

damn, i told my Grok Bot 100x by 8am or i delete it $38.20 at 7:40pm. $4,161.05 by morning 108.9x, with 32 minutes to spare one rule on top of the order: no coin stays open longer than 30 minutes the night: → 8:45pm PANGEA, +292% in exactly 30 minutes, $38 is now $199 → 10:30pm CYBER twice in 20 minutes, $526 → 3:10am OA, 15 minutes after launch, +243% in 10 minutes, $2,670 → 5:00am $3,404. 89x. then nothing for 2 hours → 7:05am last shot, KIMCHIBULL → 7:28am 100x locked → 7:35am out at $4,161.05 14 trades. 11 green. 3 red. worst one -4.4% honestly the worst part was 5am to 7am. 89x, no setups, the deadline ticking and the bots just scanning 6 Grok @bot agents run it: 1. HUNT finds new pairs 2. SNIFF checks for rugs 3. BRAIN picks the entry 4. STACK puts the whole balance in 5. TRIGGER fills 6. TIMER kills any trade at 30 minutes the setup is in the article below ↓ would you have let it take that last trade at 7:05? bookmark this for the night your bot is 11x short

Grok Bot just read my electricity meter through my phone camera. the little red light on it was never a power light, it blinks once for every watt-hour you pay for. at 2am, with everything off, mine was still blinking it's printed right there: 1000 imp/kWh. 1,000 blinks = 1 kWh. that light has been texting me my bill for 6 years and i never read it so i switched everything in the apartment "off", clipped my phone to the meter box and filmed it for 10 minutes 25 blinks. that's 150 watts, around the clock, while nothing was on i sent the video to Grok @bot: count the blinks frame by frame, find who's eating them it graphed the whole night. then i flipped devices off one at a time while it watched the light: > tv in standby with quick start on: 38W > gaming pc that never actually went to sleep: 61W > soundbar that never really turns off: 22W > router + modem: 14W > phone chargers and the microwave clock: 15W 150 watts × 24 hours × 365 days = 1,314 kWh a year. at $0.17 that's $223 for stuff that was "off" i killed 121 of those watts in 6 minutes. quick start off, the pc set to really sleep, the soundbar on a plug timer. that's $180 a year back zoom into the photo. that red dot on the meter. every blink is 1 watt-hour leaving your wallet you can check yours tonight: step 1 → open your meter box and find the red light with "imp/kWh" printed next to it step 2 → at night, switch everything "off", clip your phone in front of it and film 10 minutes step 3 → send the video to Grok Bot, ask it to count the blinks and turn them into watts per minute step 4 → unplug things one by one, 2 minutes each, and watch which one slows the blinking save this before your next bill lands

holy sh*t, i gave my Grok @bot one rule before bed, "find me $30,000 a month and send nothing", and woke up to $33,000 a month waiting on my price a chief of staff turns a boss's goal into tasks and chases them. a human one costs about $200k a year. mine is one Grok Bot bossing 4 worker bots, the setup SpaceXAI engineers keep talking about the rule i wrote: "$30,000 a month in new clients. public info only. no contact without my yes. if you don't know the price, stop and ask" what it did while i slept: → 11pm broke my goal into 4 jobs, one per worker bot → 12am pulled 310 med spas in Miami from a public directory → 12:40am cut 118 chains → 1am read the other 192 sites, one detail per site → 2:20am kept 22, each with a link as proof. one booking page was a 404, one spa had 14 reviews and 0 replies → 3:40am wrote 22 first messages and a one page offer. sent zero → 4am hit the price and stopped. watch 0:16, it asks me → 8am i typed $1,500 a month. 22 × $1,500 = $33,000 a month sitting there honestly 0 sent is my favorite number on that screen. a bot that emails 22 strangers at 3am is how you end up in spam forever next monday it runs Orlando, same rule, i'll be asleep again 310 spas → 22 kept → 1 offer → $33,000 a month → nothing sent without me right now somebody's bot is reading every med spa website in your city the chief prompt is in the first reply, bookmark it and run it before bed the full Grok Bot setup is in the article below, free would you let it press send, or keep the last click yourself?

plugged my phone in at 19% before bed and let my Grok @bot trade memes all night. 100% battery by morning, $120 became $1,642 sunday, 11pm. $120 on the account, session started, phone face up on the nightstand the only rule i gave it: if the person who made the coin is selling, don't buy it went through 758 trending stories while i slept and took 10 trades what the pushes said overnight: → 12:15 ELON, riding an Elon posting spree. 0.31 SOL, +71% → 1:05 a cat coin. creator's wallet dumping, so it passed. 15 minutes later it was down 99%, that push is at 0:04 → 2:55 ALT on alt season headlines, +$119 → 3:35 TSI on the AI anime trend, +$51 → 5:05 MINTER, a new launchpad getting volume, +$275 → 7:30 SUPERCORE on superintelligence talk. 2.31 SOL, +$754. half the night's profit in one trade what it does on its own: → finds what crypto twitter is talking about, then the coin riding it → checks who holds it before buying → bets grow with the balance, 0.31 SOL first, 2.31 last → every buy, sell and pass lands on the lock screen charge vs account: → 19% and $120 at bedtime → 45% and $192 at 2am → 70% and $360 at 5 → 87% and $929 at 7 → charged and $1,642 at 9 8 wins, 2 losses. the two losers cost $64 together honestly the trade i like most is the one it never made last push before i woke up: "$120 → $1,642 while you slept" the whole setup is in the article below. save this and plug your phone in tonight

Grok Bot tip: once your bots trade 24/7, stop paying the big model for every trade, yesterday it woke up 3 times in 39 trades make it an advisor instead Grok Bot keeps doing the trading the advisor sleeps and wakes up 3 times: → plan about to lock? it reads the day's coins once → same loss twice in a row? it decides stay or leave → about to withdraw? it checks the number Jev picks. Grok Bot trades. the advisor signs the run in the video: $51 became $4,817 in 24 hours, 39 trades, 8 losses, call 2 fires at 0:06 2:20pm and 2:45pm, two losses on Eternia in a row. the advisor woke up and pulled the desk off it $1,000 held in Eternia from 2:45pm ended at $133. the bots were already on the next coin honestly i expected to miss the big model at night, i didn't miss it once - the full tree > Jev picks one coin per session > Grok Bot scans, sizes and exits on its own > two losses in a row on one coin = advisor call > a withdraw waits for the advisor's sign-off paste the tree and this prompt into Grok Bot ↓ "Add an advisor seat to my trading bots: 1. Bots run every normal trade alone 2. Wake the advisor 3 times only: before the plan locks, after two losses in a row on one coin, before any withdraw 3. After two losses it answers stay or leave. honestly the best Grok Bot rule i added this week: after midnight, never buy a coin up 90%, last night one went $1.31M to $5K in 10 minutes last night that rule saved my whole bank in 10 minutes a new coin called P2L went from $511K to $1.31M between 11:30pm and 12:55am every alert channel was screaming my bots looked at it and said no at 1:05am someone emptied its pool, $1.31M to $5K here's how the rule works: → is it after 00:00 UTC? the rule is armed → is the coin up 90% or more since it launched tonight? no entry, log it → is Jev still saying yes? Jev gets overruled, RISK wins → did the coin dump after we passed? log it, i never chase it Jev picks. Grok Bot trades. RISK says no after midnight the run in the video: $52 became $1,486 in 24 hours, 45 trades, 7 losses at 0:19 Jev hits SKIP on P2L, at 0:20 the pool is gone $1,000 in my bots' last coin from 10:55pm ended at $1,188. the same $1,000 on the bots, $3,696 the rule felt like cowardice at 12:55am and genius at 1:05am paste this prompt into Grok Bot ↓ "Add a midnight rule to my trading bots: 1. After 00:00 UTC, RISK blocks any buy on a coin up 90% or more since launch 2. Blocked coins get logged with the time and the reason, never re-checked that night 3. If Jev says yes on a blocked coin, RISK wins and I get the log Show me every change as a diff first. Grok Bot tip: once your bots trade overnight, stop holding into sunrise, one 6:30am dump took 77% in 30 minutes give RISK a curfew instead bots can be right all night and give it back at 6am with one position open Grok Bot keeps doing the trading RISK gets one clock nobody can overrule: → is it past 4am? no new buys, exits only → is anything still open at 5am? close it, no debate → did it dump after we left? log it, never chase it Jev picks. Grok Bot trades. RISK turns off the lights the run in the video: $49 became $4,386 in 24 hours, 38 trades, 6 losses, the clock hits FLAT at 0:23 at 6:30am that night's last coin, VeilTrump, fell 77% $1,000 held in it from 10:55pm ended at $128. the same $1,000 on the bots, $1,573 honestly the curfew looked dumb at 5:01am, not at 6:30am - the full tree > Jev picks one coin per session > RISK publishes the curfew: last buy 4:00am, everything sold by 5:00am > after 5:00am bots scan and log, nobody buys > a dump after the curfew is a log line, never a re-entry paste the tree and this prompt into Grok Bot ↓ "Add a curfew to my trading bots: 1. RISK owns one clock. Last buy 4:00 UTC, everything sold by 5:00 UTC 2. From 5:00 to the next session, bots only scan and log, any buy gets rejected and reported 3. If a coin we sold drops 30% after the curfew, log it, stay out until Jev picks it again 4. Every morning send me what we closed at 5:00 and what came after Show me every change as a diff first. HOLY SH*T, I STOPPED PAYING $639 A MONTH FOR MY GROK BOTS TO WATCH CANDLES AND THEY STILL TURNED $58 INTO $7,638 WHILE I SLEPT Grok Bot tip: once your bots trade all night, stop letting the big model watch every candle Anthropic shared a trick for AI agents, i moved it onto my bots the idea: the big model writes tonight's plan once, cheap bots run it last night: 288 checks, $21.31 of big model time became $0.81 how it splits: → the big model writes 6 lines at 7:30am → SCAN reads fresh coins every 5 minutes → Jev answers every yes or no instantly → 4 cheap seats buy, sell, size and close the big model wakes up only 3 times: → Jev says no to 3 coins in a row → the same loss hits twice → 7:30am, to write tomorrow's plan honestly those 3 wake-ups are the part i'd steal first The plan thinks. The swarm trades. Jev judges the video: 40 trades, 4 losses, every red SKIP is Jev saying no for free - the full tree > SCAN, FILLS, SIZE and RISK own one line each > the big model reads one report, not 288 candles paste the tree and this prompt into Grok Bot ↓ "Rebuild my desk around this tree: 1. Once a day write tonight.py, 6 lines, one owner each 2. Run each line on the cheapest model that passes a backtest 3. Wake the big model only on 3 skips in a row, a repeated loss, or 7:30am Show me every change as a diff first. Grok Bot tip: once your bots trade 24/7, stop paying $31,980 a year for a screen they can't read rebuild the screen around the bots instead a Bloomberg seat is built for a human eye. your bots need three answers, not 400 functions Grok Bot keeps doing the trading Jev gets three questions and nothing moves until it answers: → is today strong enough to trade at all? → is this coin real, holders climbing faster than price? → when do we leave, and who gets the last word? Jev judges. Grok Bot trades the run in the video: buys only on red candles, $61 became $8,947 in 24 hours, 41 trades, 4 losses - the full tree > 6am the bots publish a dial from 0 to 1 per market > under 0.50 the bots scan, log and buy nothing > fresh coins ranked by holders, never by price > Jev answers every yes or no in under a second, about 6 cents a day > RISK closes on its own timer, nobody overrules it paste the tree and this prompt into Grok Bot ↓ "Rebuild my trading screen around this tree: 1. Every morning publish one dial per market from 0 to 1. Under 0.50 that market only scans and logs 2. Before any buy, send Jev three gates: strong_enough_for_today, holders_beat_price, worth_the_ticket. One false is a skip 3. Give RISK its own timer and the last word. Grok Bot got $36 from me and one rule, sell everything within 40 minutes. a day later the account read $4,168 the rule is about leaving, not buying nothing it bought stayed open past 40 minutes, and the average trade was gone in 22 i think most people don't lose on the buy, they lose on the hold. the coin dips, they decide to wait, and the wait eats the account my bot isn't allowed to wait how the day works: Jev chooses one coin from fomo per session, four sessions of six hours, and the bot sticks to that one session by session: → HUMPH, 4pm to 10pm, $36 to $106 → CRAWLER overnight, $714, best move +55% at 1:25am → MarsX from 4am, $3,787, biggest single win +$735 at 9:20am → BATON until 4pm, $4,168 32 trades. 28 green, 4 red the losses averaged -4%. a trade that has to close in 40 minutes never lives long enough to become a disaster nearly all of the balance goes into every trade. that's aggressive, so don't run it with money you'd miss how Jev scores every coin first, before the bot may touch it, is in the article quoted below ↓ $36 → $4,168 in a day, and nothing it bought lived longer than 40 minutes

I HANDED MY GROK BOT $47 AND BANNED IT FROM BUYING GREEN CANDLES, BY MORNING IT HAD $5,286 the best trade of the day was bought while the chart was bleeding most people wait for the chart to turn green before they buy, because green feels like proof. by then the cheap part is gone my bot only presses buy on a red 5 minute candle and sells within 40 minutes i had Grok write it for memecoins on fomo. Jev picks the coin for each session, the bot handles every entry and exit: • buys only on a red 5 minute candle • puts about half of the current balance in, not the starting $47 • takes profit inside 40 minutes, nothing held overnight • one coin per session, four sessions in 24 hours • a red trade gets closed, it never buys more to lower the price that first line is the entire strategy. it buys exactly when everyone else is selling in a panic 34 trades, 30 green, 4 red the first 6 hours on TM were slow, $47 to $105. Normie in the afternoon took it to $803 then FARM woke up at 10:30pm. two trades on it, +107% and +122%, added about $1,490 in 70 minutes QCAT after midnight took it the rest of the way, the best trade of the day was +55% at 5:20am, $5,286.43 at 6:30am average win 41%, average loss 5%. that gap is why 4 red trades barely show on the curve the sizing is mine, not advice. memecoins can lose half their value while you read this how Jev chooses the coin for each session is in the article quoted below ↓ 24 hours, $47 → $5,286, and not one green candle bought

Grok Bot tip: once your bots run 24/7, stop paying $397 a month to wake them for nothing put Jev at the door one routine every 5 minutes is 8,640 full runs a month, and most of them wake up to find nothing changed Grok Bot keeps doing the work Jev reads one small snapshot on every tick, answers in under half a second, and opens the door at three points: → price left its band: is the move real or noise? → new trades or a new pool: worth a full run or not? → risk near a limit: does RISK need to be awake right now? Jev opens the door. Grok Bot does the work the night in the video: 100 ticks, the desk woke up 8 times, $4.59 of runs became $0.38 - the full tree > the routine still ticks every 5 min > each tick sends Jev one 2k token snapshot, $0.000084 > 0.60 or higher wakes the 6 seats, SCAN to RISK > everything below goes back to sleep for free > $397 a month drops to about $32 paste the tree and this prompt into Grok Bot ↓ "Rebuild my routines around this tree: 1. Before every run, build one snapshot of price, trades, new pools and risk since the last run. Send it to Jev with one gate, worth_waking_at_all 2. Put the 0.60 gate in thresholds.py and nowhere else. Below it, log the tick and sleep 3. Above it, wake SCAN first, each seat wakes the next only if it needs to. Find every routine that runs without a gate. Report it, change nothing 4. Every morning send me ticks, wakes and cost with and without the gate Show me every change as a diff first. No edits until I say go." ↳ every file for the 6 seats is in the article below
