Avg age of car on the road is >12 years.
Pace of software improvement is going vertical.
imo,if you buy a car that can't update it's software, it's going to feel like it's 60 years old in 12 years even if the engine and gears are fine.

No I didn’t get a grocery rebate today.
Because money is taken from my family and redistributed to immigrants and refugees.
Who contribute nothing.
Elon Musk just defended America better than every politician in Washington combined.
Musk: “After World War 2, the US could have basically taken over the world and any country. Like we got nukes, nobody else got nukes. We don’t even have to lose soldiers. Which country do you want?”
One nation on earth held a weapon nobody else had.
Total dominance. Zero competition. No risk of retaliation.
Every empire in history that held that kind of advantage used it.
Rome. The Mongols. The British. The Ottomans.
They conquered until they collapsed.
America had a bigger advantage than all of them combined.
And it rebuilt the countries it just defeated.
Musk: “The United States actually helped rebuild countries. So it helped rebuild Europe, it helped rebuild Japan. This is very unusual behavior, almost unprecedented.”
Almost unprecedented?
It had never happened before. Not once in 5,000 years of recorded history.
The Marshall Plan wasn’t foreign aid.
It was the most radical act of restraint any superpower ever committed.
America turned its enemies into allies. Turned rubble into economies. Turned surrender into partnership.
Germany went from ashes to the economic engine of Europe in a generation.
Japan went from unconditional surrender to the third largest economy on earth.
Three years after the war, America was flying food into Berlin.
A city in the heart of the nation that just tried to destroy it.
That’s not policy.
That’s a civilization deciding what it is at the exact moment it has the power to be anything.
You’re being told a story right now.
That America is the villain of history.
You hear it everywhere. Media. Universities. Social platforms.
Musk: “There’s always like, well America’s done bad things. Well of course America’s done bad things, but one needs to look at the whole track record.”
Every nation on earth has dark chapters. Every single one.
The difference is what a country does when nobody can stop it.
And when nobody could stop America, it fed its enemies and rebuilt their cities.
Musk: “The history of China suggests that China is not acquisitive. Meaning they’re not going to go out and invade a whole bunch of countries.”
Probably right.
China has historically built walls, not fleets.
But the real question isn’t about borders anymore.
We’re approaching a moment that mirrors 1945 in ways nobody has fully processed yet.
AI is going to give a handful of people a power advantage that makes nuclear monopoly look quaint.
If someone is going to hold that kind of power, who do you want it to be?
The country that conquered when it could? Or the one that rebuilt when it didn’t have to?
Every alliance. Every trade route. Every economy.
Billions lifted out of poverty.
All of it traces back to one act of restraint that had never been done before.
And carries no guarantee of being repeated.
The most powerful thing America ever did wasn’t building the bomb.
It was what it didn’t do after.
This is yet another reason my family drives only Teslas!
Tesla Vision can deploy airbags up to 70 milliseconds earlier than conventional crash sensors.
70 milliseconds sounds small. It isn't.
At 60 mph, a car covers about 6 feet in 70 milliseconds. That's the difference between an airbag inflating before peak crash forces hit your body, or during.
How it works:
~ Conventional airbags wait for impact sensors to detect the crash, then fire
~ By design, the car is already in the collision before deployment starts
~ Tesla Vision predicts an unavoidable collision before contact and pre-fires deployment
~ Airbag is fully inflated before peak forces reach the driver
This is what Tesla means when it says vision-based safety isn't just about avoiding crashes. It's about surviving the ones that can't be avoided.
Per Tesla: this can be the difference between serious injury and walking away.

Tonight the Boston Bruins are playing the Buffalo Sabres in Buffalo.
Two American teams.
Buffalo always has someone sing both National Anthems before their games.
When the microphone cut out the crowd took over.
This is how our American friends treat us. With respect.
This is what being classy looks like. Canadians can learn something.

Canada’s largest copper smelter may close in 2027 because of the Quebec Government’s emission policies which could cost the company upwards of a billion dollars to bring them into compliance. Imagine other companies looking to open up shop in Canada? We are a very hostile business environment.
The steelworkers union, which represents some of the workers at the site, said this decision directly impacts 1,000 jobs and the copper industry in the province.

This is not across Canada, this is 2500 jobs cut in Toronto alone.
We are not in a recession, we are heading to a depression if things don’t change quick.

GROKIPEDIA ISN’T JUST ONLINE IT’S LEAVING EARTH
Sounds crazy but it’s happening.
The entire Grokipedia archive is being etched onto stable oxide and sent into space headed for orbit the Moon and Mars.
The goal is simple keep human knowledge safe forever where nothing can erase it.
It learns in real time checks itself and keeps updating without bias or delay.
No limits no politics no expiration.
Knowledge breaking free from the planet so the truth doesn’t die with us.

🚨 GROKIPEDIA LAUNCH TRIGGERS MEDIA OUTRAGE: "TOO MUCH TRUTH"
While legacy outlets were busy rewriting history, Grokipedia launched with 900,000+ uncensored articles.
The success was so beyond the curve that it immediately crashed from demand.
Users say it's like Wikipedia if it told the truth.
No spin on George Floyd, no RFK Jr. smears, and no hit jobs on conservatives.
Just receipts, sources, and clarity.
WIRED and WaPo are fuming, calling it “far-right” for quoting public records and court transcripts.
That’s how low the bar is now.
The media once controlled the narrative... Now they can’t even control the comments.
Welcome to the era of truth.

W Palantir actually, they could be the first to profit off the UK’s Digital ID monstrosity & they’re snubbing it on human rights grounds
🤯Even Palantir - the surveillance giant mining health and security data worldwide - is saying that the UK’s digital ID plan is a step too far...
We've truly gone through the looking glass.
Keir Starmer must take note of the mounting opposition and scrap plans for an intrusive mandatory digital ID system.
Nobody wants this - not even spy tech companies.

I grew up in a time when the world still had common sense. Now it feels like a dirty little secret we have to hide in order not to offend anyone.
How does the average Canadian not notice this?
