Don't get too excited. The ruling does not say that the law is sound. It almost certainly is not. For one thing, this "law" lets people who are not involved sue. This defeats the purpose of suing, and will almost certainly be smacked down once anyone tries to use the law.

@nprgreene just read upsetting interview u did with top pediatrician. Their baseline recommendation is that schools open in fall. Seems to me, their thinking does not take into account that people OUTSIDE school will almost certainly be negatively impacted by accelerated spread.
