Erling Haaland was running for the Ballon D'or and had a clear shot at it, but Pep Guardiola was publicly supporting Messi.
Nobody talks about it, but that's one of the greatest disservice ever by a manager to his player.

One claimed case of Ebola in Abuja, and Tinubu hurriedly approves N10 billion in emergency funding within 24 hours. 😂
Meanwhile, WHO figures published on March 31, 2026, show Nigeria recorded 458,534 reported TB cases in 2025.
Yet, the same government reportedly allocated a paltry N25 million to the Health Ministry for the entire year.
N10 billion for one Ebola case.
N25 million for a year of healthcare.

Others use just their pens. 🥲

Save this:
Lagos will not be without its own world class airport AND airline within 3 years of @GRVlagos and I taking office.
The reason is not far-fetched. Even within Nigeria, states with significantly smaller economies and populations than Lagos are building air travel capacity and their own airports.
For reference, Dubai is a component state of the UAE and owns Emirates airlines, the famous Dubai International Airport AND the Al-Maktoum International Airport.
Consider also, that compared to Lagos, Dubai, and indeed, the entire UAE, have a much smaller diaspora population than Lagos State alone, much less Nigeria.
The economic case for a Lagos International Airport AND Èkó Airways has never been as strong as it is today, and will be for some time to come.
In 2023, Dubai Airports alone contributed 27% ($37b) of Dubai's GDP. In the same year, Emirates Airlines posted a profit of $2.9b, following a loss of $1.02b in the previous year. They have returned a healthy profit year on year since.
We know Lagos can do much better than this, considering the CULTURAL, Human Resources and Climatic advantages we have over Dubai.
Who dares wins.
If we all work together, we can Make Èkó Great Again.

Rebuilding Nigeria
Yesterday, Wednesday, 21 October, I arrived in London at 7 a.m. from Basel, Switzerland. It was one of my busiest days, filled with several engagements, including meetings with stakeholders in the UK.
I rounded off the day in the evening with a meeting organised by the COPDEM Chief and the NDC Director of Diaspora Affairs, bringing together other stakeholders in London.
All the meetings with British government officials and the Nigerian diaspora centred on our collective responsibility to rebuild Nigeria and free our country from the shackles of bad leadership, corruption, and the lack of accountability that continue to undermine our national development. These challenges have deprived millions of Nigerians of access to basic necessities, including quality healthcare, education, and decent employment.
Nigerians deserve a country where every life matters, where hard work is rewarded, and where every citizen has a fair opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background or connections.
We must build a Nigeria where the child of nobody can become somebody without knowing anybody. A country that works for everyone, not just a privileged few.
A New Nigeria is POssible. -PO

Google’s feature rollout strategy is actually so infuriating
Circle to Search took months to reach more devices
Quick Share + AirDrop is still limited to a handful of phones
3D emojis and Rambler are also exclusive to a few devices only
