Most studios start with a business plan. This one started with dissatisfaction. Emre Güzel met his co-founders at a games conference and in an online community. What brought them together wasn’t an idea—it was a shared frustration that too many games are built for revenue instead of fun. In Episode 5 of The Allcorrect Gamedev Show, Emre Güzel talks about what happened next. Emre also shares: Why AI often makes development slower, not faster How to tell a real outsourcing partner from a vendor who just delivers files The trap that keeps beginner developers stuck for years Why he’d rather build in AR than VR Listen, watch, or read the full episode 👇 👉 Watch here: youtu.be/_wE9DcfUzLE?si=8DHe… 👉 Listen here: pods.link/allcorrect 👉 Read here: surl.li/swlmth #gamedev #indiedev #gamedevelopment #gameindustry

Fading Echo x Allcorrect Some games ask you to master a weapon. Fading Echo asks you to master water. In this action-adventure game from Emeteria and New Tales, players use elemental powers, quick movement, and smart reactions to make their way through the Echoverse. We were glad to support the project with localization into French, German, Spanish, and Russian for PC, XBOX, and PS5. Big thanks to the developers and publisher for trusting us with this beautiful world. Wishing the game a great journey and lots of players ready to dive in! #FadingEcho #GameLocalization #Allcorrect

Hero Wars—Nexters | Champion Troll—Skin Animation Another character skin adaptation project for Hero Wars. We worked within the existing animation rig of the Champion Troll, integrating updated visuals while keeping the feel of the character’s movements intact. The focus was on making every transition feel seamless—from combat states back to idle, from taking a hit to recovering, from the final blow to the death sequence. Includes: Idle, Attack, Hit, Death, Run, Strafe, Win, and all key in-between transitions. Created for the Hero Wars mobile game by Nexters. 🎮 See the full project on ArtStation: artstation.com/allcorrect #gamedev #animation #art

🌸 What makes a team event truly memorable? Good weather, great company, and a terrace full of fresh flowers. Our annual barbecue (roštilj) brought everyone together again in the Serbian office: origami, BBQ, gardening, family time, and even a few four-legged guests. Now our terrace is greener than ever—and morning coffee there feels even better. It turned out to be such a lovely day, and we’d definitely recommend making time for nature too—the nights are getting shorter, and the days warmer and longer. #Allcorrect #TeamLife #OfficeCulture #WorkLifeBalance #Serbia #TeamEvent #CompanyCulture #Community
