With my first baby coming in a few days, my writing time is gonna be super limited. What are tricks you use to keep writing while raising children?

Just had an agent very rudely tell me to never send them a query again. I've had a lot of rejections, but that was a first.

BOTH CAN BE TRUE+MG AMBER 12yo genderfluid Arden has a burger store in his house, a portal to a wooden city in the freezer, and a rather cute bully. But when the bully threatens to ruin his home using stone magic, Arden must use his own magic to stop him #MoodPitch #MG #F #lgbt
Seven images, in shades of dark blue and purple, showing a neon streetcar at night, a beautiful looking burger, a huge clock, a magic portal below a full moon, a person stepping into a portal, a burger with fries made into the shape of the statue of liberty (don't ask), and the neon sign of a video game arcade at night.

10yo coder Zenna is creating the best game ever! An RPG with a magical zoo and a horrible witch. Even better when she discovers the zoo is real and that her code can control it. Only problem? The witch has her mom and she doesn't respond to her code at all. #MoodPitch #MG #F
Seven images depicting various scenes inside a magic zoo, including a castle, a unicorn, a giant tree, a waterfall with rainbow, a sunlit clearing with a magical fox, and an elephant following joyfully behind a girl as they cross a tree trunk bridge above a stream.

I realized last year that writing while standing was surprisingly effective, because I could smoothly go from writing to pacing around the room while thinking of the next bit. Now I do it all the time. What useful trick have you learned that helps with your writing?
