Virtual interviews (VI) are our new reality, but what did #PCCM applicants think of them?
We surveyed 2020 PCCM applicants to ask about fellowship VI experiences vs. in-peron interviews for residency.
Here’s what we found...

Take home message?
VI’s = cost & time-effective way to evaluate academic and clinical aspects of programs, but applicants want opportunity to visit.
Designing an equitable interview format is a complex task that will require dialogue among all stakeholders.
