As Israelis cry all over social media remember how when Israel kiIIed 500 Lebanese civilians in a single day they threw a massive music concert to celebrate right after.

The Israeli government abducted the brave @GazaFFlotilla crew, including @GretaThunberg, and seized the ship to block aid from reaching Gaza.
The Israeli regime must release these activists immediately and end this starvation blockade.
By forcibly intercepting and blocking the Madleen, Israel has once again ignored its legal obligations towards civilians in the occupied Gaza Strip. The crew were unarmed activists and human rights defenders on a humanitarian mission.
They must be released immediately and unconditionally. They must also be protected from torture and other ill-treatment.
As the occupying power Israel has an international obligation to ensure civilians in Gaza have sufficient and safe access to food, medicine, and other supplies indispensable to their survival. Instead, and as part of its calculated effort to inflict on Palestinians in Gaza conditions of life designed to bring about their physical destruction, it has consistently and deliberately impeded the provision of impartial humanitarian assistance for civilians in desperate need.
During its voyage over the past few days the Madleenโs mission emerged as a powerful symbol of solidarity with besieged, starved and suffering Palestinians amid persistent international inaction. However, this very mission is also an indictment of the international communityโs failure to put an end to Israelโs inhumane blockade. Activists would not have needed to risk their lives had Israelโs allies translated their rhetoric into forceful action to allow aid into Gaza.
States must act now or risk complicity in Israelโs grave violations of Palestiniansโ rights.

Coaching and mentoring may seem similar,
But these are two distinct terms:
Letโs dissect the key differences:
1. Responsibility:
A coach is responsible for providing training.
A mentor is responsible for guidance and support.
2. Timeline:
Coaching is short-term, limited in time and overall duration.
Mentoring is long-term and may even last a lifetime.
3. Goals:
Coaching targets specific skills, often work-related,
Mentoring focuses on general personal development and/or career growth.
4. Selection:
Coaches are frequently hired or assigned by others.
Mentees usually choose their mentor, although mentors can also be assigned.
5. Focus:
Coaching is oriented towards tasks, skill enhancement, and has a limited perspective.
Mentoring focuses on relationships, personal development, and has a broader perspective.
6. Structure:
Coaching involves regular sessions, evaluating results, and monitoring progress.
Mentoring might have formal or informal meetings as planned or when needed.
7. Activities:
Coaching involves training, offering feedback, instructing, and evaluating.
Mentoring targets advising, suggesting, guiding, and sharing experiences.
You can have both a mentor and a coach simultaneously to target different goals.
It's beneficial to have a coach to accelerate your progress in various activities and a mentor to provide guidance in life.
