What does it take to turn Emirati ambition into lasting, meaningful careers? That was the question of our industry roundtable, where leaders from government, academia and the private sector came together to discuss what the next generation of Emirati talent needs to thrive. One message came through strongly: we need to move from being employers of Emirati talent to developers of Emirati talent. And key to do so, is to understand that there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Developing national talent is a shared responsibility, and progress will depend on how well we collaborate across the ecosystem. The goal is not simply to help young Emiratis find jobs. It is to create the conditions for them to build careers, grow into leaders and contribute with confidence. More to come in our Future of Emirati Youth white paper.
