A year ago, I donāt think I would have had the coping skills to navigate (soberly) what Iāve been navigating since Iāve been out of treatment whenever triggers/the deepest feelings of loneliness arise. So although I wasnāt looking forward to 31 lately, I think thereās still
still a struggle, but for 31 I want to focus on being imperfect. And how thatās only greatly going to impact my productivity and everything Iāve been working hard towards. Iām really excited to make what Iām hoping is over 1,000 mistakes in the next year - so I can grow just
