day 34 of posting until 10k mrr been a rough few days. no viral videos, several refunds,... but apps have slowly been climbing back to $500 mrr 5% of the way there!

day 27 & 28 of posting until 10k mrr organic peaked a few days ago, things calmed down abit now, still doing 30k views a day today only 10k views so far & 15 downloads, but got 1 sale! updated app to have one new feature that will 100% go viral 1k 🔜

day 25 & 26 of posting until 10k mrr forgot about this! highest download # yesterday at 80 downloads however most atre low intent & only 2 paying users from that 30k organic views yesterday, a PR as well a/b testing paywall & targeting higher intent audiences hope it works!

day 23 & 24 of posting until 10k mrr slight setback a few days because i couldnt get up (was sick) paused meta ads for now as it doesn’t look like its gonna improve will dial in ok new creatives, urging creators to post, and post myself on tiktok and ig still far from goal

day 22 of posting until 10k mrr first 1k downloads! though its a milestone to celebrate, i'm feeling a bit stuck with what to do next. marketing wise it's not great, views are down but just got update live & better onboarding the grind continues!

day 21 of posting until 10k mrr slowly getting burnt out & stuck, not really sure what to do next made a bunch of meta ads creatives and pushing campaign today posted 3 videos, views are now stable at min. 3k/day gonna keep pushing but its hard man

day 20 of posting until 10k mrr did a bunch of UI changes and onboarding to the app today, much needed to boost conversions nearing 200k views, paid ads are deep in losses though praying for a better day

day 19 of posting until 10k mrr we're like 5% of the way there! honestly a pretty chill day today, didn't do much, made like 10 videos automated by claude really good animation style videos bought an account from tokportal no videos posted, +6k views old vids grinding tmrw

day 18 & 19 of posting until 10k mrr I've been grinding ad creatives for the past few days Finally made some that I'm super proud of & know fs will perform well creators have slowed down since its the weekends, averaging 5k views a day now on old posts hoping good meta ads 🙏

day 17 of posting until 10k mrr finalized a deal to sell my first ever app today! more budgte to run ads & UGC for this new app :D had my best day ever views-wise yesterday (close to 20k views!) 2 videos posted today, slideshow farm ready w/ 2 accounts starting tmrw 🚀🚀🚀

day 15 & 16 of posting until 10k mrr forgot to post yesterday! onboarded 1 more creator, posted 3 videos +13k views in one day & 50 downloads meta ads slowly spending bumped ASA from $1 a day to $3 a day it's all coming together!!

day 14 of posting until 10k mrr i made 12 creatives today & running a small meta ad campaign creator posting still stable around 1-2 posts a day, haven't been able to recruit new creators lately officially 2 weeks in! my last streak was like 40 days... lets see if i break it😄

day 13 of posting until 10k mrr i'm in the red after fees & creator payouts 😿 getting consistent downloads, however no one subscribes (last sub was 10 days ago!) changed onboarding, a/b testing paywall, so far no results & paywall rate has gone significantly down brutal😖🥀

day 12 of posting until 10k mrr new download record (daily) yesterday of 50 downloads nearing 100k views accumulated it's slowly going up! sent 20 emails to creators today, none onboarded pushing a new update tomorrow

day 11 of posting until 10k mrr i emailed over 100 creators today, onboarded one new +20 downloads, no sales, no new videos day 2 of warmup for new tiktok acc, will start spamming AI slideshows like 2-3x a day volume is key, not quality nearing 100k views too slow & steady

day 10 of posting until 10k mrr creators aren't posting today so little views->little downloads plus downloads dont convert, 200 downloads & no sales alarming, but already pushed a new onboarding & paywall to fix + AI content generator will be live soon hoping for the best🙏

day 9 of posting until 10k mrr building an AI slideshow factory will be posting 2-3x a day myself + faceless creators goal is 1M views in september -> hopefully 5k mrr (big view count today but bad cta->close to no downloads! part of a test i'm running)
