RSF investigation concludes that Issam Abdallah, a Reuters journalist who was killed on the Lebanon-Israel border, was "deliberately targeted" along with colleagues from Al Jazeera and AFP. RSF says two strikes, just 37 - 38 seconds apart, came from direction of Israeli border.
