You can find my analysis of this paper here. TLDR it appears as if GPT4 is using public exploits for most of these CVEs. But until they publish their code, data and results we cannot be sure. Regardless there is likely no emergent AI capability here.

LLM Agents can Autonomously Exploit One-day Vulnerabilities
GPT-4 can autonomously exploit 87% of real-world one-day vulnerabilities, identified in a dataset of critical severity CVEs, compared to 0% for all other tested models

When we say "Cedar was designed to work at scale" this is what we mean. That verdant green line at the bottom of the latency axis? That's Cedar.

We just want to disable our music if the user is playing their own music. How hard can it be?
iOS: Sure no problem, call [AudioManager isMusicActive]
Android:

ALT Text is way longer than the ALT description allows. It's a description of the steps of the algorithm to emulate iOS' isMusicActive behavior on Android; because Android reports not only whether external apps are playing audio; but also if *we* are playing audio (which is totally useless info). The algorithm makes a few assumptions and trade offs. And has multiple steps.

A big difference between EU and the US is how a profitable company can(not) do mass layoffs to increase profits further.
US: it can, anytime. No reasoning needed. Not much severance to be paid.
EU: it cannot without proving the business struggles. So it does “buyouts:” (cont’d)

So why?
