💻 I enjoy connecting with founders, investors, and operators who are building ambitious companies. I’m a founder, CTO, and startup operator with 20+ years of experience building products, companies, and engineering teams across the US and Europe. Over the years, I’ve founded and co-founded startups, led distributed teams, and helped companies move from early ideas to shipped products and sustainable growth. My experience spans healthcare, fintech, SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce, AI, hospitality, community products, and developer platforms. I’m still very hands-on and enjoy working through challenges involving: • Product and technical strategy • AI product development • MVPs and internal tools • Engineering team structure and hiring • Scaling distributed teams • Technical due diligence • CTO advisory and execution support I’m always open to learning from other builders, sharing experiences, and expanding my network. If you’re working on something interesting in startups, technology, or AI, feel free to connect. I’d be glad to hear what you’re building. #Startups #AI #TechLeadership #ProductStrategy #SoftwareEngineering

Dear @AppleSupport - app been sitting in review queue since last Wednesday, I've been on hold for 2hr + before just to talk to a human - expedited review requested, and I've emailed the review team. NO RESPONSE and we need the app for tonight's event. Are there any other channels of communication?

one small step for fair markets one giant leap for AI resolution this might look small now, but is super exciting big picture the data this case study provides us with can snowball affect onto a massive scale this information is not only valuable, but given the odds and these specific outcomes, it makes for a great experimental story more to come, thanks for playing

Google knows what they searched. Meta knows what caught their attention. LinkedIn knows which campaign they clicked. Your marketing team knows the audience. Then they reach your website… And suddenly your company develops amnesia. Same headline. Same proof. Same CTA. Same experience. The next generation of websites won't be static. They'll respond to intent.

Hot take: Marketers shouldn't have to build 50 landing pages to personalize 50 campaigns. That's ridiculous. You shouldn't need: 50 URLs. 50 designs. 50 pages to maintain. 50 experiments. You need ONE page capable of becoming more relevant based on why someone arrived. Big difference.
32
Your ad says: “Cut Shopify cart abandonment.” I click. Your website says: “Unlock the future of digital commerce.” You just lost me. Not because your design sucks. Not because your product sucks. Because the conversation changed. Great marketing creates continuity. Bad marketing makes the customer start over.

Stop thinking: “One landing page = one message.” That model is outdated. One page should be able to speak differently to: The CFO. The marketer. The founder. The agency. The enterprise buyer. The Shopify store owner. Same URL. Different intent. More relevance. That’s where websites are going.

Everybody wants better ROAS. So they: Change the targeting. Change the creative. Change the bidding. Change the copy. Change the agency. But almost nobody asks: “What happens AFTER they click?” If 10 different campaigns send people to the same experience… You’re optimizing half the funnel.
20
You paid Google to find the right person. You paid for the click. Then you sent them to the same generic page you show everybody else. Read that again. You PAID for intent. Then threw the intent away. That’s not a traffic problem. That’s a post-click problem.

Your targeting is incredible. Right up until the click. You segmented the audience. Picked the keyword. Wrote the ad. Matched the creative. Then your website says the same thing to everyone. That’s where the targeting stops. And probably where some of your conversions disappear.
