Our finance manager questions whenever overtimes happen and if they are really worth it.
It has become an evil thing.
And that’s how we made overtime a rare thing in Symph. Re-align the incentives, and make it hard to do the things we didn’t want to do.
“Tell me who your friends are, and I’ll tell you who you are.” is so outdated...
It’s now “show me your social media feed, and I’ll tell you who you are.”
