I remember when I was the only person on an @RideEmber bus from EDI to Perth! Now there are a load of buses and they are nearly all full - great to see a business expand and do so well - why - because they do what customers want! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Today showed how bad arrival pax experience @EDI_Airport has become. @British_Airways used to arrive at G10, down escalator and out. Today BA1454 arrived 1K, fight to get out of the gate area due to volume of people & battle down the airport length to a horrid domestic exit! 👏🏻🤬
