The teachers I know work really hard during the week. They invest themselves in their work and it is emotionally draining. The weekend is a much deserved break. I hope teachers everywhere are able to disengage today.

The best schools have this in common:
The adults respect each other, value their colleagues’ contributions, encourage everyone to have a voice, have high professional expectations, and ensure everyone is acknowledged.

You don’t have to be democrat or republican to love. You don’t have to be a certain religion to love. You don’t have to be a certain gender, race, or socioeconomic status & you don’t have to be pro- or anti-something to love. The world needs more love. Love wins, every time. ❤️
