Wife and I are longtime @Gametime customers (2 dozen+ events). This week: bought 20 @iamcardib concert tickets, confirmed, then cancelled by them later. Replacement tickets were not comparable. No real remedy offered. Extremely disappointing. Consumers deserve better. @bbb_us
