Got interviewed by Folha (the biggest paper in São Paulo) for an article on the Brazilian baseball team, who plays for the Pan-Am Games gold medal today. As a foreigner, it's a very surreal experience to see myself quoted as an "expert" in its pages. www1.folha.uol.com.br/esport…
The Selecāo Brasileira for the Pan-American Games, one of whose practices I attended in August, is now one win away from winning a medal for the first time in Pan-Am Games history (possibly gold or silver), and they're introducing baseball to a new generation of fans in Brazil.
